At this 6 hour event, counselors will learn how to leverage the MYAP tools, reports, and data to respond quickly to student progress towards attainment of A-G status. Counselors will also learn how to customize learning plans in relation to AB 1806 216, and 167. We'll also look at how data and query logic can be used to accurately predict assignment needs, section allocations, and student referrals to alternative education using the concept of CPT (Credit Per Term). Counselors will work with live data as they learn how to address student needs in current and future years.
